Kipling House

Kipling House provides affordable, comfortable, medium to long term accommodation in the central suburb of Epsom in the city of Auckland.

Kipling House is close to the popular Mt Eden village, Newmarket shops, Epsom Library as well as the Northern, Southern and North-Western motorways. There are numerous restaurants and food outlets within walking distance or catch the bus 2 stages to the city.

The house provides shared cooking facilities in two fully equipped kitchens including fridge-freezers , two lounges - the main lounge has Sky TV and a small library with Freeview TV available in the upstairs lounge. We offer a wireless internet network that tenants can access from their own rooms.

To ensure your comfort the common areas are cleaned by our cleaner 6 days a week and there is equipment available for our tenants to clean their own rooms.

We prefer a minimum stay of 4 weeks and require a bond equivalent to 1 weeks rent and 2 weeks rent in advance

Kipling House offers a pleasant garden area and some off street parking. We have a coin operated washing machine and drier available at $2.00 each.

There is a non-smoking rule inside but you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the verandah or in the garden.
